SOTS Marketing Quiz Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

By participating in the competition you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by Support on the Spot Limited trading as SOTS.

This competition is open to people who are over 18 years of age and who are residents of the United Kingdom.

Support on the Spot Limited employees and associates are prohibited from entering.

By entering this competition you are confirming you are eligible and are available to receive the prize.

There is a limitation of 1 entry per person and the competition is free to enter.

Prize

The winning Prize will be a £150 Amazon voucher.

The use of the particular brands as prizes by Support on the Spot Limited does not imply any affiliation or endorsement of such brands.

The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable and there will not be a cash alternative prize offered.

We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances require us to do so.

Support on the Spot Limited decisions on any aspect of the competition are final and binding.

No correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition.

Winner Announcement

The winner will be chosen at random and will be contacted via the email they have provided.

The competition will run from the 8th of November 2023 to the 30th of November 2023, and the winner will be drawn on the 1st of December 2023.

Support on the Spot Limited will attempt to contact the winner two times. 

If the winner does not respond to the second email within 14 days, they forfeit their right to the prize. Support on the Spot Limited reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

Delivery of the Prize.

The winner will allow 7 days for the prize to be delivered, which will be done electronically, to an email of their choice.

Data Protection and Publicity

You agree any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Support on the Spot Limited for the purpose of administrating the competition and for the other purposes laid out in a privacy policy.

All entrants may request information on the winning participants by emailing marketing@sots.co.uk

The winner’s First name will be announced on Support on the Spot Limited’s website and social media channels

Limitation of Liability

Support on the Spot Limited accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.

Support on the Spot Limited reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
