Tom Carter has been appointed the role of ‘Managing Director’ and we have every confidence in him benefiting our business relationships as well as his ability to ensure that not only does Support on the Spot maintain our reputation of industry leading response times, but that moving forward we can offer greater clarity and options to our clients as to the technology becomes available to them.
Tom has started the year off, hitting the ground running in driving the business forwards. Nigel Webster remains in the business continuing to provide the business and its customers with his technical expertise and experience which have always remained his passion. Whilst not holding the title of ‘Managing Director’ he will continue to remain at Support on the Spot as ‘Chief Technical Officer’ continuing to work with of our existing clients to embrace new and upcoming technologies.
